Is it safe to turbo a completly stock 99 busa engine except pc3,ignition module and lightened/ballanced crank for 14000 rpm at a low boost??Lets say at 0.5 psi and 8/1 compression??

Thats fine....except for the 14000rpm, you wont get that with the stock ecu!
