B-King - Bill Gaheer - 29-06-2009

The more I read about it, the better it gets - massive discounts on new ones.

I wouldnt mind getting a in-expensive 08-09 or a smashed 08-09 (so that I can try my customizing skills - which I dont haveLol2)

Would look nice parked next to my Gen1

Cheers,

Bill

If you are in a position to do so, why not.

What sort of prices are you seeing? I must admit I find the B-King very appealing.

RE: B-King - Bill Gaheer - 30-06-2009

In next few weeks I will come to know if I am in a position to keep 2 bikes :), untill then I will have to sell my Gen1 to get any thing else.

If I sell my Gen1 then I will have to get Gen2 (cant imagine myself without a busa) but if I keep my Gen1 then I have massive option list.

GSXR1000 K5-K6, CBRR1000 K8, B-King.
I would love to have a smashed B-King and custmize it.......

RE: B-King - Maj - 30-06-2009

There was a damaged one for sale in QLD,

RE: B-King - Tony Nitrous - 30-06-2009

There was an easy repair one for $9500,

2 sold down South, clean and tidy,
Think they went for about 10k and 12k.

If you can see past the looks, They are brilliant fun.
I paid top $$ and had mine the day they were released,
never regretted it.

I wouldn't mind another "project" one.

RE: B-King - big kev - 30-06-2009

its the same as rideing a nude busa hey tony ?? Boobies4

RE: B-King - Tony Nitrous - 30-06-2009

Similar.

Busa has had a lot of abuse and is a little tired now
but has bigger tank and is a bit more "mine" than factory.

BK has a few more pony's, better brakes and feels a little "less worn"

Both good.

RE: B-King - NEMESIS - 30-06-2009

I like the B-king, an for 15,900 ive seen a 08 for rideaway,brand new.
You cant go wrong at ALL.

I just think about how it would feeel doing some ridiculous speed on a naked
bike an i start feeling queezy lol.
Il take tonys for a spin an make my mind up from there :P

Just remember Transformers more than meets the eye.
Same with the king!!
I might have to investigate the BKing for myself.

Yeah, was on the BK forum about it being in Transformers.
There are even models out too.

I went into the garage, gave mine a kick and shouted...
"CHANGE YOU B@STARD...CHANGE!"
Nothing happened....its still ugly.
