with a heavy heart - cheeky - 15-06-2009

sadly with a heavy heart im leaving this forum.
yes max blackzook you have won.so has 1hotbusa.

with an unprovoked attack in the tenth anniversary thread they had attacked me one too many times.
i have sat back before and let them call me names in the past like "trailer trash" and insinuations that are far from the real truth.

you lot have chased others from the forum like damsel and a few i cannot name due to private requests.

being the school yard bullies isnt nice fellas.i used to promote the club but people like you guys really put a dampener on things.

as far as the tenth anny run i questioned some motives apparently thats not the done thing.i spoke my mind and wasnt afraid of the bullies.
i,m not questioning your manhoods are you threatened by a bike riding woman who knows how to strip a bike.?
aparently i must sleep around since i dont bat for the other team.

it all boils down to i question some motives and the big boys didnt like that.
i have made some awesome friends here and they know how to get in touch with me.
to everyone else -besides the school bullies.
thankyou for your advice on parts and how too knowledge.it saved me alot of time searching the net for help.
thankyou for the friendly banter in some threads you lot are top notch.

during my time here i organised charity for the bush fire victims and offered help in organising rides.i was also going to organise a busa club meet at the snowy run.i was doing research of where would be best to meet up.
but since i,m leaving someone else can organise it.

so please take care all and be safe. stay uprightBiker
p.s big hugs and kisses to people i have already met.hopefully i might see u lot in the future somewhere

RE: with a heavy heart - BabyBusa - 15-06-2009

I wouldn’t say that Max, Blackzook, 1hotbusa or anyone else has won as I don’t believe it was anyones intention for you to leave the forum. Nor do I believe that the three person’s you have listed have acted as ‘school yard bullies’ or a responsible for chasing yourself or others from the forum.

They have done exactly what you have claimed to do.....that is speak their mind.

Personally knowing Max, Blackzook and 1hotbusa, you couldn’t be further from the truth to even think that they would feel remotely threatened by ‘a bike riding woman who knows how to strip a bike’. I may be speaking out of turn, but I think I can safely say that neither Max, Blackzook, 1hotbusa or myself are interested or care if you sleep around or what team you bat for.....what you do in your personal life is that, your personal life. The comments relating to 'not questioning their manhood', etc, were provoking and silly (not sure what sort of respone you are/were expecting). The three of them have nothing but respect for women, whether they know how to strip a bike or not., etc.

As Blackzook stated, you may be a lovely person in the flesh as I have not met you either, but in my opinion, I think that some of your posts have themselves insinuated things or given others (including myself) an impression of yourself.

You stated what you have done in your time on the forum, not sure why as I am sure that you have been thanked previously for your efforts, but you seem to have left a few things off the list:
1. Is the way you have managed to rub people the wrong way
2. Is the way you seem to have a go at others. You have done this sarcastically, snidely and on numerous occasions.
3. Your provoking of responses. This relates to what you post and the responses provided by others and when posts have a slight taint against you, you take it as a personal unprovoked attack on you.

If you wish to leave this forum, that is your choice.

My 0.02c worth.

RE: with a heavy heart - BUSGO - 16-06-2009

It is always a crying shame that any member chooses to leave a group of friends for any reason.
Right or wrong for her reason to leave, cheeky has been made feel more unwelcome than any other member that I can remember on this forum but there have been many others that simply go and don't care to say why.

RE: with a heavy heart - spamanglenn - 16-06-2009

I agree with dad, blokes communicate in their own way and often use forums to speak their mind, the way they want to say it.Having to dance around minding your p,s and q,s in fear of upsetting women is what we do in everyday life. The forums are often an escape from all this so blokes can be blokes. If you want to flirt,go buy a kawasaki or a honda. The forums about riding bikes, not about riding blokes, the girls that understand that have never been a problem.

RE: with a heavy heart - SteveV - 16-06-2009

Like Kawasuki, Cheeky merely expressed herself with a few words, well maybe a few more, absolutely f@#ken harmless. If you dont like the words dont read them, everybody imediately barking at what they think is personal, contrary to their oppinion or whatever the problem is, I'm never quite sure because at least half of it is imagined, is turning this site to shit.

RE: with a heavy heart - big kev - 16-06-2009

i have found my self to be guilty of those things my self as a male an on fourms. i have found that its not easy to say something to some 1 in black an white words on a screen as you really cant relay to that person your emotions an feelings on a certian subject. men are not easy to tell some 1 there emotions on a subject i know this to well from my own expereinces. i watched this fourm alot b4 i joined an i saw a great freindship between riders from all states an countrys an i must admitt its sad to see when people such as you guys cant get along but i must say i have not meet any 1 in person but the people i have pm here an have had dealings with are great people in my book all you guys an gals are the %1

i just needed to get that off my chest

Cheeky, your posts are one of the reasons I don't bother logging on much anymore (not YOU as a person, but the crap you type), so you can announce your innocence all you want, but "alarm bells" should have been ringing in your ears a long time ago when you began to cause so much conflict here.

I'm just worried this is your usual pattern on boards...

(1) you create division and get people to take sides
(2) you play the innocent victim while justifying your mistakes
(3) you announce you're leaving and then you come back and "play the martyr" again... Undecided

Time will tell...

I'm just glad the Hayabusa Club still exists! Pi_thumbsup

RE: with a heavy heart - Raging - 16-06-2009

At the end of the day, its just a FORUM....

People should have freedom of speech, maybe mildy moderated, but other than that, if you don't like it, DON'T LOOK AT IT, as someone has already said..

The people that spit out hurtful/personal slurs are most likely scared little people that don't have the balls to say shit anywhere else but on the net where they can hide.

As with everything else in life...such as family, social groups, workmates etc...you'll always find someone that will rub you the wrong way, and you will always rub somone else the wrong way.

So really, if you can't get over what random people say on the forums, maybe it is not the place for you.

In saying that, its sad to find that people have to leave due to personal attacks. As said, maybe they are as much to blame as the people attacking them, but take a tablespoon of cement and harden the f#*k up. If you can't deal with forums and the different people in it, how the hell do you survive out in the real world?

RE: with a heavy heart - Mutha - 16-06-2009

Well said Raging Pi_thumbsup

If you met Cheeky she would be the first one to admitt, she can get a bad case of the Verbal Diarrhea.

Take a tablespoon of cement and harden the f#*k up Ghastly

RE: with a heavy heart - Raging - 16-06-2009

Yeah, I've never had a problem with Cheeky, infact, she was one of the most inviting people when I signed up to the forum. Thats why I think its a damn shame that total bullcrap is driving people out of the forum, instead of keeping, and gaining, more members.
