blackbird and busa injectors - ajchop - 02-06-2009

hey guys
are in a little delemer have mixed up blackbird injectors with a bunch of busa injectors can anyone tell me how to vissually tell the differance as they all look the same

blackbird injectors have green plastic filter screens.

sorry guys dont seem to sound like a dope but i have been given 2 different answers on this and they are bothe useless to me cause none of my injectors even have filter screens on the inlet someone help please

measure the flow then.310cc/min at 43psi for the blackbirds and 255cc for the busas.just hot wire the fuel pump and hot wire one of the injectors with a hose and hose clamp fitted on it.measure with a stop watch and a measuring container.

Injectors are better tested with a 9 v battery , get a suitable injector plug from a wreckers and a 9v battery connector and a small toggle switch from dick smith or tandy, and be real carefull of fuel and sparks.
If your not sure about replicating your fuel system on the bench to test take then to a injector specialist for testing or if you have a running engine big injectors will not run on an otherwise std system
