Hi Kev,

There was a complete front end of K8 for sale on ebay..for some $980 (Approx)..I think if you change the entire setup then it should work fine.

Cheers,
Bill

I think you will have to run the K8 wheel also as the rotor sits out more on the K8

the rotors on a gen 2 are 5mm further out and the gen2 rotors are 10mm smaller in dia.You can fit a gen 1 wheel and space the rotors out 2.5mm each side and put spacers under the caliper mounts to fit the 320mm rotors, its not a big deal but if theres a gen2 wheel there on offer grab it.

I'd get the whole front end if its worth it, if you were in a bad prang on the the road, if the Cops, RTA or Insurance company were to get involved you may be in a little trouble me thinks.

Hey Kev, no one plans to crash, shit happens.

RE: k4 busa fork mods - big kev - 25-05-2009

your so right there greeny so very right

my thinking was that if the tubes are the same diameter then i would just change the wheel and bottom og the tubes over so i can take advantage of the better brakeing system,

if i can do this then i would be happy, just a slight mod thats all

If you just want better braking, then just fit Brembo's to what you have
