New v max - spamanglenn - 02-01-2009

I pulled up alongside a new v max today.Very Happy I was wondering whether the guy believed all the advertising hype, i guess not. They don,t look as big as a m109 but the pipes look crap,I,m sure aftermarket can do better than that.Still,if your over corners and you want a v8 with handlebars, you can go slower around corners on your busa.Lol3My vfr used to sound great wih a pipe on it,i wonder what a 1600 or more cc v4 would sound like with a decent pipe on it.V4,s do sound fantastic.

Naked bike spec comparison.........

B-King comes out as being...

Faster over the Quarter,
Quicker over the Quarter,
Quicker in top gear roll-on's,
and uses less fuel to do it.....
(and thats before you look at the cost or try going round a corner)

V-Max's minor horsepower and torque advantage are killed by being 124lb's heavier,
and the extra 7" in length that spoil the corners didnt help it on the strip.
