Something wrong with this news article... - debandee - 25-10-2008

There's been lots said about the ineptitude of the police and probably a fair bit about RailCorp security staff.
I have a real problem with what happened in this article

The kid did something wrong, there's no arguement there, but I kinda get the feeling he was set up.

why the f*** didnt they pull the scallywag after the first few tags and save some money. At best he's gonna get a couple of hundred fine and slapped legs. The cops should get fined for aiding and abetting for letting the bastard do it in the first place if they could see him.

Sounds a bit like a scene from "Life Of Brian".

I wonder if he was spraying "Romans go Home!" Lol3

Personally - I hate graffiti and am glad they got the sucker but they could have got him after the first offence. However, he would have got off that one alone and now at least they've hit him hard.

Yeah true Busgo, but the little prick won't have a job & so won't be able to pay the money.
They'll probably give him a payment plan of $5 / wk for however long. Then he just won't pay it.
Or do what a lot of the young ones are doing & declaring bankruptcy cause they think it's the easy way out. They don't have the brains or experience to understand the future consequences of that choice.
