You could take it to the EPA or RTA inspection but I wouldn't
maybe with the baffles in it may be close Confused with the way the laws are these days you will need a lot of luck
I'm sure the pipes when sold to us say on the box or somewhere for off street use only

Freaking serious - a rego roll thats f****d up man, as for the pipes I am pretty sure you dont need stickers these days wasnt there somne change last year?? Sure there is some way around it - I know you can get "tags and plates" from somewhere cos I got some for my ZX10 when I chopped down the pipe but tha was about 2 years ago and sorry I cannot remember where I gotg them from (somewhere west) but I am sure its irrelevant these days cos unless the cops can EPA test you on the spot they cant say its too loud - might be able to defect you and send you to the pits - thas ok put a std pipe back on lol - check it out and keep searching

There is no legal requirement to have a stamp or sticker on your aftermarket mufflers anymore in NSW it was overturned in March 2006.
The new law is that a bike, OR, any vehicle manufactured after July 2007 must be around 90db at one third of maximum power.(or thereabouts).
But as the other members have said, you have to be sound tested to be booked.

BTW. The Yoshis fitted with baffles are ok. I have been checked twice by cops in Newcastle.
Even once without the baffles.
