Hi all just asking if any one else has been aproached about the ignition recall cause I just got off the phone and was asked when can I book it in.My bike is a Jan 08 plate

That's the first one we've heard of in Australia Coach.
The only other recalls mentioned so far have been in the STATES.
If you have a recall notice from Suzuki Australia, can you scan it and post it up for us?

Busgo straight from the Aust Suzuki Site, like I said got the call today, asking if I would take it in, so they can order the parts.

Yep, that looks like every K8 busa delivered in Australia up to number 575.
I might do the visual check myself as soon as I get a chance.

i got one of the white k8's only last month, just looked my vin ends 100528 built 3/08 so if they have sold around 600 bikes so far 150 white 'limited edition' that would leave 150 blue 150 black 150 orange, to bad guys your bikes not 'special' like mine

My bike appears to be ok and it seems that not all the wiring was poorly secured at the factory.
