I like the way you think ... not sure if possible (or suggested) to pump air back through the fuel but sound like a fair idea if it is

I was reading Quantum fuel Systems sell the hayabusa filters and pump new for $80 US, has anyone tried them, they claim theirs is superior to the standard pump.
