Do you think i'd be able to keep up on the Across? "Don't ride behind me, I just ate beans. Don't ride in front of me because your ass is huge. Just ride beside me so I can push you into on coming traffic." Re: Western Adventure........... - Holger the Dane - 17-11-2006 Hi Zac, Might be possible, but I haven't ridden with you yet so I'm not sure. With a 8.30 start it should be possible for you to be back in Hoppers by 12 might need to go south from Castlemaine down the Calder tho, but we can see how we go. Cheers, Holge Re: Western Adventure........... - Holger the Dane - 17-11-2006 Update: Quote:Sunday Fine. I'll be up peddeling around that time. (0830hrs) Got to get the 30 + klms in............... Send me an Email Holge. I might catch up with you later in the day depending on your ride destination. (It won't be to hard if is taking the Beemer! ) Why the rush anyway? (Early start?) You got plans in the arvo? 10 am gentelmans hours works better for me... That way the is up, the roads have dried through the mountains and I'm at a lovely place for lunch... Hope your ride is perfect if your locked in time wise. Cheers, Phil. Re: Riding not Talking - Holger the Dane - 17-11-2006 No , no plans. I originaly thought that 8.30am would suit the half day lot but hey, it's just and me so if you have time later in the day, I would be more than happy to do that. If 10am works and it is ok with then lets do that. By the way, I'm also going to see U2 Saturday night! Should be fabulous!! Cheers, Holge Edited by: Holger the Dane at: 17/11/06 22:29 Re: Riding not Talking - Djpete - 18-11-2006 Holger I feel bad. Apologies again mate. If I could I would. I was going to do the GOR with Brigitte but we are having a huge Court Garage Sale on Sat morning (today!) from 8am so I will be flat out then too. Arlo Guthrie 1968 Re: Riding not Talking - Holger the Dane - 18-11-2006 Don't worry about it . I appreciate that you have taken the time to let me know that you and others have something else on. That's all good We'll catch up next time Bit of a shame that 3 weeks is not enough notice for the folks who requested this ride..... Just means that there shouldn't be any more bitching about the rides being on the east side. I don't mind, just means that the tyres are warmed up and ready to go . Great roads over that way too So don't feel bad Mr DJ, get out there and enjoy the glorious Cheers, Holge Re: Riding not Talking - RaZ80 - 18-11-2006 mate - be sure to know that if my bike was not being painted as we speak I'd be with ya so once I get her back next weeek ...
