Re: Next time - m8ee - 14-05-2006 that was right up there on my list of "best ever rides". fuel consumption at one point was down from 20.6km/l (standard touring) to 11km/l !!! (marginally faster touring ) Some people may try to tell you that I am now a member of the 300+ club. Others may try to tell you that there was a 300+ side by side !!! .... Of course, that would be a stupid thing to do so it is probably just lies. We found some very nice roads with no cars for miles. The company was great, and I would like to thank all who came for making it a great time. Thanks to Shredder for putting the ride on, and I know that everyone who came got something "out of their system". Gidday to Tony as well, nice to see you out for a quick blat mate, hope to see more of you soon. These are a couple of pics that we had time for... Lunch sat. Brekky sun. Thanks guys, that were a blast, and thanks for your help with the busted radiator. Edited by: m8ee at: 14/5/06 7:25 pm Re: Next time - MechanX - 14-05-2006 thank guys 4 that totally awesome ride when are we going again ? cant wait radiator and guard - m8ee - 15-05-2006 Who sells radiator gaurds and how much?? Nothing compares to a long high speed run on a good road on the Busa. Awsome. having got that out of our system a cruise back to bris at almost leagal speed was pleasant and relaxing. Re: radiator and guard - m8ee - 19-05-2006 Radiator fixed in 2 days with Stainless steel radiator guard fitted. $150. |
