Road bike: see photo 1, blue strap holds wheel to the stand

Track bike: see photo 2, orange strap (one each side) holds brake calipers down onto the stand

Back in 2004 I bought a Busa (my first) and fell in love with twin Yoshis like these... but ended up getting Staintunes because they were cheaper. I loved the Staintunes, but always secretly longed for a set of these... with the Kanji/Hayabusa engraved on the end.

They arrived yesterday...

Send 'em back Pan!!!! The last "a" in hayabusa isn't in line with the rest of the word!!! Must've been a clearance item hahahahahaha!!!!
Seriously though, got the same pipes on my Gen 1 (carbon wrap TRS) and they sound great.

RE: Busa No. 3 - Tony Nitrous - 10-07-2011

Had the same pipes on my 04,
but managed to get a Jap set, not US.

RE: Busa No. 3 - pan - 10-07-2011

Jap VS US?
Apart from what happened in WW2, what's the difference?

RE: Busa No. 3 - big kev - 10-07-2011

pan picked up the same set of pipes from a member $150 with mid pipes with a small dent in it so the 4-1 will be going soon
