Post Flights - BUSGO - 30-10-2005

Another great weekend away.
Thanks for the company guys and gals.
To my knowledge we had no dramas during the trip and hopefully everyone is home safe and dry by now.
I will post some photos in the Club Rides thread later.
There certainly are some fantastic BUSA roads up North.
Roll call was Busgo, Simmo, 1Hotbusa, Mossy, Rob, Mike + Klara, Justin + Beck for the ride and visits along the way by Rodney and a missed connection with Driller and friends.
Sorry Mark. The group decided on a change in plans early this morning and I could not contact you.

Re: Red/Grey use more fuel that Copper/Silver Ha Ha - 1hotBUSA - 31-10-2005

Yes they do when you are playing with the fuel map. But if I set the ECU to zero then the copper turd will suck more fuel.

I got home eventually after visiting friends, dry, but enveloped in fog. Also no HP on the F3 although it was a bit slippery in places.

I really enjoyed that weekend, reckon the HP will be out in force this weekend though, esp the blue falcon Look forward to catching up with you all at convention.

Re: Red/Grey use more fuel that Copper/Silver Ha Ha - BUSGO - 31-10-2005

Gary, Rob, Mike and Justin all arrived home safely and before the rain set it.
Gary and Rob got home to Brisvegas at 5pm E.S.T.
It turns out that Driller and a couple of friends waited for us at Gingers Creek for 2 hours but had a good ride up the mountain and back anyway.
Sorry again Mark.
Next time I won't be talked out of my planned route.
(OR any other root)

You werent talked out of it mate.......we just were not prepared to follow ya. Simmo and I planned the next day whilst we were blind drunk and it worked out quite well, so if I post another Sydney ride that nobody will turn up to then I wll do it when i am drunk i think

Re: Red/Grey use more fuel that Copper/Silver Ha Ha - Turtle - 01-11-2005

Hi,
You guys must have got an early start, with loosing an hours sleep and all, I thought I may have caught up. Anyway the weather didn't look to good and it was raining so I went back to Armidale the long way. Will catch up one day when it's not raining. Sounds like you all got home safe if not a little wet. Till next time....
Turtle.

Missed connections - BUSGO - 01-11-2005

Sorry to you too Turtle.
It makes it a bit hard to make connections when there is no mobile phone service in the stopover town.
Don't worry, We'll be back for more mountain madness.
