No matter how nasty the situation may have been at the time, I like to reflect on it as learning experience that has changed me in some way for the better. I find that a few sprinklings of the gigles along the way helps that happen. I certainly don't want to feel miserable over my broken bike or stop riding because it might make me feel bad if something goes wrong.
