This is done with throttle bodies on bike pics are just for show.
No need to remove any cables etc just lift the tank
Use a pair of pointy nosed pliers & just squeeze it together job done.
You could undo the screw but it wont achive the same result.

Warnings 1 watch the position of lever on cold start up now as the rpm will rise higher than normal so adjust the positionm to suit.
2 dont forget you have it on when you try to stop Lol2

Std is when screw remove 4000rpm /120KMH
