RE: Adventure busa - kev11e - 11-02-2008 G'day So, ready to go to Tassy for a couple of weeks two-up... [attachment=2362] Regards Kevin RE: Adventure busa - kev11e - 11-02-2008 kev11e Wrote:G'dayand [attachment=2364] RE: Adventure busa - BUSGO - 11-02-2008 I think we'll put that one on the weighbridge Kevin. RE: Adventure busa - 1hotbusa - 11-02-2008 Hope you have a steel rear subframe in that 99. Otherwise I would be pretty paranoid with all that + two people. Hope you enjoy/ed Tassie. RE: Adventure busa - kev11e - 13-02-2008 G'day Yes busgo, it could be approaching the GVM limit :-) And no 1hot, it is not steel, but it is braced...loved Tassie, toured in 04 and again in 06 same bike, same luggage. (The Givi frames have now been moved to the '06 bus but not used yet) Regards Kevin RE: Adventure busa - Missy_Moo - 02-08-2008 Just did Monday to Friday 2000 k's Mackay to Cairns (and around a big loopie up there) with only ventura on the back with 54L euro rally bag on the back. I tease the man I will get a hot pink sheep skin for the bike :-) no seriously though after the seat mod I find it more comfortable! On the agenda is a white bagster tankbag.... As soon as I pay for the 42inch plasma that was brought. |
