Right here it is guys we are going to TENTERFIELD
on saturday the 13th of may.
The plan at the moment is to meet at the base of MTmee
T intersection(dayboro side) 8.15am & leavin by 8.30am up & over the mountain & onto ESK for 10am to meet up with anyone that wants to join in from that side of town
We will have a smokeo break & leave again by 10.30am
We will be heading up to hampton then across down murphy creek then onto clifton for lunch. After lunch it will be onto TENTERFIELD . Sunday's ride home can be worked out on saturday night.
OK GUYS ACCOMMODATION HAS BEEN ORGANISED
We will be staying at the PETER ALLAN MOTOR INN
117 rouse st ph 02 6736 2499 at $77 a room ($39 a head)
just off the new england hyw (centre of town)
There has been a booking made for 4 double rooms (2 beds)
& 4 single rooms (1 bed for a couple) This can be changed to suit what ever turn out we have
The booking has been made under (busa club)
I just need who ever is going to Ring Jenny to confirm your room 02 6736 2499 (money will be only taken on check in) its advised to book early as they have some event on in town that weekend. All she asked of us is to let her know if we didnt require the rooms before we get there.( which I'll do)
