Re: Who prefers to ride without a group? - nickmakwell - 06-09-2005

I ride regularly with about 3 or 4 other blokes and its the ideal number. Just did a BMW Club ridewith about 15 or so andits too much....

I used to love riding by myself, but its too risky - no radar bait around! And I have -1 points.... actually I prefer mountain riding by myself, coz I take it easy and zone out, just trying to take the corners perfectly instead of cgetting pissed off that my mates on there lighter bikes are disappearing after a sway of really tight corners......

Once I get the license back next year I'll prolly doa couple solo rides coz there is nothing like pulling up after doing 2&* kph down some of your favourite roads and the only company is your heart going GABOING GABOING GABOING GABOING...........

My apologies also. I meant it as an insult to Simmo, but as it turns out it's an insult to any female to put Simmo in their category...

Hey Simmo, I just found out Graham got my password and was posting bad messages as though it was me...

You know I wouldn't pay out on ya.

How about we ambush him tonight? As soon as he parks and takes off his helmet ... (just careful you don't hit his left mirror)

Oh yeah, believe that and you believe anything frying pan!!!! You're a traitor to the red bike cause!!!!! Simmo told me to tell you that he thinks your bike is more gay than mine and doesnt want it parked anywhere near the copper silver, but that's coming from a bloke who likes lambswool next to his arse and lives out by Ayers Rock!!!!

Now the red grey rider is not fussed. It even tolerates the copper silver because it has something up it's sleeve, namely a turbocharger.

Simmo, deny these allegations or I'll talk to Ray and then we'll see if you get that pay-rise at the end of the year...

I just noticed that we (Sydney Latte group, and me in particular) tend to ambush a few threads... How about we try and minimise this and stick to flining crap at one another on our test thread?

So, how about riding alone?
Do you like to do it?
Do you hate it?
Do you perhaps have no friends (like Simmo) and therefore have no choice but to ride alone...?

Yeah I will start a new thread on the test forum and we can murder each other on that.
