Get yer popping corn here...... - Fast Freddy Gassit - 08-02-2004

Hi, don't mind me.
Just make myself comfortable, grab a drink, ahh, that's better
C'mon boys, don't let us down now.
'cause its POPCORN TIME

Het that would make a good plate...POPCRN
Maybe even POP for the geriatric members, oops, the mature members

... - Slong - 09-02-2004

Sorry Rocket,
I didn't check the board after my earlier post, hooked up with Bigshow and waited at Healesville. Didn't think I could have been the ONLY other one riding that day!!! WTF?

Man maybe we should have a not-a-member-of-the-aus-busa-club-ride I reckon I saw more non-member busas out and about..

Hope you had a good ride once you got going.
Took a while to remember how much the Busa can lean, had fun, thanks Bigshow. How did you guys fair on the Reefton & home?

Had a great time on the way back, [had a great time going there too, but going home was at my own [slower ] pace most of the time.

I missed 'fun' rd turnoff from Kinglake - ie the really tight one with those 30kmh rated almost U-turn bends that went through that single-laned bridge out to the roundabout just above Mill Park. Whats the Rd called?? [at Kinglake end]

Saw 1 cop on a bike coming out of Whittlesea, stopped for a guy on a Hardley on the other side of Whittlesea who'd just been done by him, and also some other bloke. Better them than us.

Cheers,
-jon-

Thanks for the apology Jon.I dont know why you are all hanging shit on me for,i posted the ride, showed up where i said at the correct time and no one else did? As far as posting a ride and pissing off somewhere else,if you happen to read the posting i did not set a destination,so how can i have pissed off somewhere else, might as well not have a board if you are going to decide to meet somewhere else?Ok i'm going to clean the dirt from my dummy

Your in more shit than a Weribbee Duck Rocketman! - GDYUP - 09-02-2004

So take ya footy and go!
I haven't laughed as much in ages! Keep it going guys, he deserves it. Lame excuses won't get you off this hook 7777.
At least Fast Freedie know it takes the POPs (mature) members of the Vic club to keep the club cemented together and the rides happening. Now where's the Ulysses application?
Try to organise another ride next week Rocket, I'll be due for another laugh!
Cheers, Phil. I'll be heading up the Mt Dandenong Tourist Rd this Sunday, interested Rocket?

werribbee ducks - rev 01 - 09-02-2004

Don't mind me Rocket, just the incoherrent ramblings of a mature age rider on weekend leave from the institution, or so I've gathered

Did you tie your sheets together to get over the wall again GDY ?

Bitching Busa's - gazza414 - 09-02-2004

Re: Melbourne Ride This Sunday! - rocket rod 7777 - 09-02-2004

Hey i've heard the kwak zx12 is faster than a busa and also their members show up at the designated place for a ride!

kwaka 12 - rev 01 - 09-02-2004

AMCN scotched that rumour years ago at Avalon
Stock vs stock & bus by 5 kph

So they show up ? let's join them

Selective reporting... - bigshowbusa - 09-02-2004

So I didn't email you asking if you were going thru healesville? I didn't suggest to meet you there 10:15? You didn't reply with YES, but make it 10:30??>D

What is this? The Australian Confusion Club??

Sunday ride - AeroCat4 - 09-02-2004

Well it sounds like a good ride...sorta?! A busa in every direction. Sorry I couldn't come guys, even though it was my first Sunday off in 4 months. Actually rode from Frankston upto city to St. Kilda festival and BBQ/Drinks at mates place right start of Punt Rd. Saw a silver Busa with Pillion pass the other way near Moorabbin Airport about lunchtime, waved at another Busa (black) near Mentone, then pulled up next to Viking on his blue Busa on Nepean Hwy at FOXFM station and had a quick chat. Was too hot for riding anyway, beers and young hooters in porno liitle see-thru tops at St. Kilda fest was great. Blown Away

Well, I don't work Sundays anymore, now Saturdays all day 10hr shift. So may see on a ride soon..... if RR7777 is keen to organize another one...(STIRRING ARSE_HOLE!! he-he)

Peter

Re: Melbourne Ride This Sunday! - GDYUP - 10-02-2004

Ease up Rocketman! Don't drag me into it. Bigshow is still talking to me.
This weekends ride will be a real hoot. Are we still meeting at the old Elm tree just past the traffic lights?
Cheers, Phil.
