Oh by the way, you'll have no issues with the plods. They meet Noise tests, at least in WA anyway :)

Unfortunately after doing my 200K ride my boots have killed the paintwork on the rearsets LOL
So I will be looking at either baked 2 pack or powder coating next.

I've just done the same thing. Also did the footpegs. Looks heaps cleaner with rear in black with pegs folded up in black as well. This is attempt 1. I stuck black carbon fibre vinyl wrap on the rub points to see if it will keep it looking good for a while. If it does look shabby quickly it'll be off to the powdercoaters.

I had mine in at the powdercoaters, didn't ask how much just said do it. They rang me to come get the fronts to get the rubbers pressed out. figured as I had them back I'd give em a paint and see how it looks and how long it lasts. Gave them 3 coats of clear on top. But haven't ridden it yet. Want to give it few more days for the paint to harden in this cold wet weather.
Also shortenned those silly long hero peg feelers. took the spacer out.

Time for an update and a change is coming....
Gone will be the yellow ass and front fender
Still in the period of trying to get things done but she is in her winter cave for a facelift and prep for WA. The angry Bee will be ready to roll.
