Re: WSID and Rapid 14th December Run - Blackzook - 08-12-2005 Short of sticking my head up my kanooter valve thats as low as I can go. Your right Ray being big has its disadvantages some advantages to tho. Motorcross tuck Girly launch Bruce See here, young man, from Walgett to the sea, From Conroy’s Gap to Castlereagh, there’s none can ride like me. Edited by: Blackzook at: 8/12/05 11:40 pm Top launch - aBUSa - 08-12-2005 Mate, from your comments I was expecting you to be sitting up more but you look pretty tucked up there, the wheel just off just of the ground, that launch looks alright to me! Shayne Re: Top launch - Blackzook - 08-12-2005 Pan, The bike feels like a peewee 50 so low and small. The launch is a lot more confident without the front rising as quickly. Just as stable at speed. I even rode it home that way, was fun dragging my toes through corners. Yeh, I think he also said he lived tar tar away.. Edited by: pan at: 9/12/05 12:06 am Re: tucked up - simmo - 09-12-2005 Was her name I'lean as well Bruce your kidding it was like 42 deg did you see a all orange bike and was it a Busa powered Cheers Robert World Wide CEO Easyrider Imports www.easyriderimports.com.au Re: tucked up - pan - 09-12-2005 I doubt the orange SNR Busa was there. Wednesdays are a Street Meet. That orange monster is a pure drag bike... "sometimes, crime does pay" Employee of the Year Easyrider Imports www.easyriderimports.com.au Re: tucked up - Blackzook - 09-12-2005 The orange S&R Pro busa was there on Wednesday. They did a couple of 9.5 runs and then I watched them wind the boost up to 14psi. Next run was a 9.2 sorry dont remember the mph but everyone had big smiles on their faces. Not bad considering it's still a stock motor internally. It doesn't look stock to me if it was. This may help trigger your memory of the day we saw it up close... Re: The orange machine was it a busa - Blackzook - 09-12-2005 Same bike. Motor has stock internals. Bruce See here, young man, from Walgett to the sea, From Conroy’s Gap to Castlereagh, there’s none can ride like me. Re: The orange machine was it a busa - simmo - 09-12-2005 That’s it the Busa with the long tail end not your average hump both photos Cheers Robert World Wide CEO Easyrider Imports www.easyriderimports.com.au Re: The orange machine was it a busa - pan - 09-12-2005 If the internals are stock, that's the only thing left that IS stock. The body's gone, fairings are missing lights, etc... Kinda ugly i.m.h.o. (unlike the other hump) |
