Tallangatta not as cold as Canberra
I lived in Canberra for a short time, seen snow on various occasions overnight in Canberra. Hasn't snowed IN Tallangatta for about 10 years.- pretty similar in Summer though. Elevation 200m here- but can see Mt Feathertop and Bogong from around here - Bogong 1986m

Roger, I thought you were up in the mountains. You can't have anything to complain about down there bloke! Bet the wind coming off the snow is chilly though! That's what gets us here, wind off the snowies which are covered in that wet white hard shit!
