RE: X-TRE XT-501 - ohdear - 24-09-2008 ************* RE: TRE - busakid08 - 24-09-2008 I have installed my Motty AFR and its awesome - besides self mapping closed loop is has great logging capacity and really lets me see what teh bike is doing plus can store 2 maps to change between just by selecting via the gear shifter way cool! Note: not for the faint hearted and unless you are comfortable pulling wires out of your ECM and doing lots ... lots of soldering I would not recommend it but for those who want a system that doesnt required Dyno time its the way to go! If you want to instlal the X-Tre still you will have to do more soldering and put in resisters as well - oh yeah forgot to tell you that also - the motty requires fitting a wideband Lambda sensor so welding is required which in turn requires fitting a resister i nthe old sensor as well - again not for the faint hearted and low patience! |
